Holistic Balance Massage Therapy Effective Date: Monday, February 24, 2025.

Welcome to Holistic Balance Massage Therapy. By booking an appointment and using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Appointments & Cancellations

All appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.

A valid credit card may be required to secure your booking.

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee of [insert fee amount].

2. Arrival & Late Policy

Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and consultation.

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid delaying other clients, and the full session price will still apply.

3. Health & Safety

Clients must inform the therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or pregnancy before their session.

Holistic Balance Massage Therapy reserves the right to refuse service if a condition is deemed unsafe for treatment.

If you feel unwell, please reschedule your appointment to prevent the spread of illness.

4. Code of Conduct

We maintain a strict professional environment. Any inappropriate behavior, including harassment or misconduct, will result in immediate termination of the session without a refund.

5. Payment & Refund Policy

Payments are accepted via cash, credit/debit cards, or online payment methods.

All sales are final. Refunds are not provided for services rendered.

Prepaid packages and gift certificates are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person with prior approval.

6. Gift Certificates & Promotions

Gift certificates must be presented at the time of service and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts unless otherwise stated.

7. Privacy & Confidentiality

Your personal and medical information is kept strictly confidential and used only for treatment purposes.

We do not share or sell your information to third parties.

8. Changes to Terms & Conditions

Holistic Balance Massage Therapy reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website.
